Ashley graduated with a Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of Alberta in 2011. She has always enjoyed working in a busy outpatient setting and has since trained in postgraduate manual therapy and Functional Dry Needling (IMS) techniques. Ashley found her passion for care when she trained as a pelvic health physiotherapist. As a mother of two, she understands the importance of support through the pregnancy, labor and postpartum journey. Ashley specializes in treating pelvic health issues like pelvic floor pain, incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.  She also has been certified with Rost Therapy to treat pelvic girdle pain, including sacroiliac joint, symphysis pubis joint and tailbone pain.  Ashley enjoys working with her clients to maintain a symptom free pregnancy and an educated and empowered labor and delivery.  She is experienced in assessing and treating for abdominal separation and providing exercises for a safe return to function and fitness after delivery.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has 2 young children, so when time allows for it she can be found biking, running, swimming, traveling, and walking with her French bulldog.
